Who is responsible

Ange Canada Inc. is responsible for the personal information collected through the Ange Canada loyalty mini-site and member area.

Information we collect

• Identification and contact information: first name, last name, email address, mobile number and preferred language.
• Loyalty information: card number, preferred bakery, visits, rewards, coupons and information needed to manage the member account.
• Date of birth: used to offer the birthday tart and to verify that the program is for people aged 12 and over.
• Invitation information: invitation code, inviting member card number, referred member card number after voluntary sign-up, count toward the 5-friend reward and coupon issue status.
• Authentication and security information: password, password reset code, session data, logs and technical information needed to protect the service.

How we use the information

• Create and manage the loyalty card and member account.
• Count eligible visits and issue rewards or coupons.
• Provide birthday and welcome rewards.
• Manage friend invitations and issue the free coffee + croissant coupon when the invitation conditions are met.
• Send service messages related to the account, security or password recovery.
• Send offers by email only when the member has agreed to receive them.
• Maintain security, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.

Friend invitations

Members share their own invitation link. Ange Canada does not ask members to provide friends’ email addresses, phone numbers or contact lists for this feature. A friend’s information is collected only when that friend voluntarily completes the loyalty sign-up form.

Sharing and service providers

Personal information may be shared with service providers that help operate the loyalty program, including the loyalty platform, email or notification providers, hosting providers and Apple Wallet or Google Wallet when the member chooses to add the card. Some providers may process information outside Québec or Canada.

Cookies and technical data

The mini-site may use cookies or similar technologies needed for language selection, session management, security and the proper operation of the loyalty account.

Retention and protection

Information is kept only as long as needed for the loyalty program, account management, security and legal obligations. Ange Canada uses reasonable safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

Your choices and rights

• You may update your member information from your loyalty account.
• You may withdraw consent to receive promotional emails at any time.
• You may request access to your personal information or ask for a correction.
